Dr. Hauschka is a German cosmetics company that is internationally known for its natural cosmetics, which are based on ‘energy-packed, unpolluted raw materials’, to use the brand’s own words. Since the brand’s market launch in 1967, they have used top-quality essential oils, natural waxes and medicinal plants to create their globally successful products.
As part of the Berlin International Film Festival, CLY organised an exclusive Berlinale private dinner for Dr. Hauschka. For many years, the beauty brand has been the sponsor of the “Medienboard Berlin-Brandenburg” reception in Berlin’s well-known Hotel Ritz-Carlton at Potsdamer Platz – one of the main event locations during the annual Berlinale Film Festival and a good place to bump into the likes of George Clooney, Tilda Swinton or Brad Pitt, in town for the festivities. Dr. Hauschka is known to many as the brand of stars. This reputation established itself with the 1999 filming of “Erin Brockovich” starring Julia Roberts, who was styled with Dr. Hauschka products, which she publicly praised afterwards.
With a host of VIP celebrity guests from Munich, Berlin, Hamburg and Düsseldorf at the dinner event, the brand celebrated the relaunch of their cosmetics line and was proud to introduce their new products during the evening organised by CLY. As an event planning agency and with our expertise in the world of luxury events, CLY not only took care of guest management and the smooth running of the beauty event, we simultaneously designed a Dr. Hauschka brand experience called “Beauty Lounge”. Here selected VIP guests were able to take time out from the hustle and bustle for a pampering treatment or have their hair and make-up done by international make-up artists and hairstylists for their next red-carpet appearance. All in all, a perfect meeting place for friends and fans of the brand.
