CLY is experienced in event planning for multiple companies
We have already had the opportunity to design and curate luxury events with numerous international clients. CLY has worked with publishing company Condé Nast for the GQ Men of the Year awards, with the airline giant Lufthansa hosting their annual marketing conference for the Americas in Miami. We also did the event planning for companies like renowned Swiss luxury watch brand Carl F. Bucherer at the global premiere of “John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum” in New York and Los Angeles. We have celebrated the 50th anniversary of the first Moon landing with OMEGA and their Speedmaster Moonwatch, and the global product launch of the luxury watch Glashütte Original Pavonina.
But not only are we specialised in luxury events, we also work in event production with urban brands to create lifestyle events and reach the most important tastemakers in their belonging fields. Among others, CLY created three events for the CONVERSE Sneakersworld campaign, inviting influencers and leaders to celebrate together. We also worked with multinational beverage corporation Coca-Cola for their Food Festival, bringing people together across Germany. But our expertise doesn’t stop there; we are also experienced at creating other live events such as beauty events and press events.
Creating international events from product launches to style trips
CLY is an expert at creating brand spaces, realms of experience where customers can encounter the brand first-hand. Our agency supported Swiss luxury watch brand LONGINES at its weekend-long Positioning System App launch that involved events such as big horse races. For the Germany premiere of the James Bond movie SPECTRE, we opened the ‘OMEGA James Bond SPECTRE’ exhibition, attended by leading actress Naomie Harris. We offer our customers a comprehensive event concept that is an enrichment for their company’s reputation.

CLY helped GLAMOUR organise a spectacular 24-hour style trip to visit the studios of London’s hippest designers, a guided fashion walk, and a roaring party in one of London’s finest clubs.
